Paul Rumsey is the Chief Learning Officer at Parkland Health and Hospital System leading their executive coaching, career development, leadership development, succession management and other employee performance initiatives for 12,000 employees. Becker’s Hospital Review named Paul one of the top 10 Chief Learning Officers to know in 2016. Prior to moving to Dallas, while living in Minnesota, Paul was a key donor and supporter of the Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus along with other local and state LGBT groups. He is an active supporter of many community organizations in Dallas including the Turtle Creek Chorale, Prism Healthcare, Lambda Legal and the Human Rights Campaign.
Paul has been on the board since May 2017.
