The TCC Chamber Chorus is a select small ensemble of advanced singers of the Turtle Creek Chorale. The TCC Chamber Chorus performs more advanced and eclectic repertoire that tackles topics such as social issues and challenging subjects. The Chamber Chorus often augments the full chorus on select repertoire at Mainstage concerts and performs in smaller showcase performances.
Our a capella ensemble, TerraVox, focuses on musical cohesion without instruments. The group uses arrangements that feature tight, dynamic harmonies and vibrant, upbeat rhythms and since a repertoire from pop, show tunes, unaccompanied choral music and beyond.
A select ensemble made up of Turtles of Color within the TCC, Coloratura celebrates and explores the music of underserved composers and topics. Coloratura means elaborate ornamentation of a vocal melody. The TCC is committed to building on its legacy of robust repertoire by being more inclusive of genres, styles, and audiences. The Turtles of Color embrace coloratura in their various styles and approaches to music.
Like choral music, dance is an art form that uses the human body to express itself. The TCC Dance Ensemble adds a visual element to our shows by performing on stage to the music presented by the full chorus.
