Turtle Creek Chorale (TCC) seeks a visionary leader with nonprofit management experience and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and thriving choral music field. The Executive Director (ED) works closely with the Artistic Director (AD) and the Board of Directors, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including strategic planning, fundraising, finances, membership, programs and services, communications, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, mission-driven, and strategic as they work to grow earned and contributed revenues and maximize opportunities to best serve its patrons, its membership base, and the field at large.
